1. Returns
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery or purchase.
- Proof of damage (photos or videos) may be required.
Items not eligible for return:
- Custom-made items
- Personalized decorations
- Used or altered products
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
2. Exchange Policy
If the item is damaged or defective and a replacement is available, we will offer an exchange.
If the item is out of stock, you may choose:
- A similar item of equal value
- A store credit
3. Refunds
Refunds are approved only in the following cases:
- Product is received damaged beyond usable condition
- Product is not available for replacement
Refund method:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method or as store credit.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. No Refund Policy (Certain Items)
We do not offer refunds for:
- Decoration items used for events
- Garlands or perishable decoration products
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Wrong order selection by the customer
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
